Apogee Winter Park
A learner-driven microschool focused on leadership, character, and real-world growth
Apogee Winter Park is a learner-driven microschool built for families who want their children to grow into confident, capable leaders.
We believe education should strengthen the whole child — mind, body, and character.
Our campus is intentionally small, relational, and purpose-driven, creating an environment where learners are known, challenged, and deeply supported.
Here, children are not defined by grades or test scores. They are guided to think critically, communicate clearly, move their bodies daily, and take ownership of their growth.
Each Day Includes:
- Focused core skills in reading, writing, and math
- Socratic discussions that build confidence and respectful dialogue
- Hands-on, project-based learning connected to real-world skills
- Daily fitness to strengthen discipline and resilience
- Leadership development rooted in integrity, courage, compassion, and honor
We operate on a Levels of Freedom model, helping learners understand that responsibility builds independence. As they grow in discipline and character, they earn greater autonomy, confidence, and leadership opportunities.
Our Studios:
Ember Squad (ages 5–7)
A Montessori and Reggio Emilia-inspired environment that blends strong literacy and numeracy foundations with creativity, inquiry, hands-on exploration, and character formation.
Ignite Squad (ages 8–11)
Academic mastery, research, public speaking, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Ascend Squad (ages 12–13)
Advanced leadership, mentorship, and preparation for real-world responsibility.
We partner closely with parents, recognizing families as the primary influence in a child’s life.
Our goal is not simply academic progress, but the formation of young men and women who are self-directed, resilient, thoughtful, and grounded in strong values.
Apogee Winter Park is more than a school — it is a community committed to raising leaders who are prepared for life, not just the next test.
We would be honored to have your family visit and experience it firsthand.
